Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations

We provided $639,598 to the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) to fund a Senior AI/Biosecurity Governance Lead who will develop and pilot CEPI’s framework for identifying and responsibly governing access to biosecurity-sensitive data, embed AI/biosecurity review across CEPI’s research award lifecycle, and build practical health/defense collaboration on AI-enabled biological risks in support of the 100 Days Mission.
